From the moment you inquire to the day your gallery is delivered, our goal is to make your experience feel seamless, personal, and stress-free. Every step of the Luna Photography process is thoughtfully designed to keep you informed, prepared, and excited—from your initial inquiry and onboarding call to session preparation, your photoshoot, and finally reliving your memories through your completed gallery. Below, you’ll find exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Inquiry Stage

The Inquiry Stage is where your experience begins. During this phase, we’ll get to know one another, discuss your vision, complete all necessary paperwork, and officially reserve your session. Once everything has been finalized, we’ll move into preparing for your session day.

Getting started is simple! Select the session that best fits your vision from our booking page, or click the button below to begin. You’ll choose your preferred date and time, answer a few questions about your session, and submit your inquiry. Once it’s received, I’ll review the details, confirm availability, and reach out with the next steps to officially begin your Luna Photography experience.

Onboarding call

Once your inquiry has been approved, we’ll schedule a brief onboarding call to finalize the details of your session. During this call, we’ll discuss your vision, answer any questions, and walk through everything you can expect leading up to your session. You’ll also receive your client documents for review and signature, and your deposit will be collected to officially reserve your session date.

DOCUMENTS

Following your onboarding call, you’ll receive your client questionnaire (if it hasn’t already been completed), personalized quote, photography contract, deposit invoice, and remaining balance invoice. Your session date is not secured until your signed documents and deposit have been received, so your inquiry will remain pending until then. All documents must be completed prior to your session.

Session Preparation & Delivery

Once your session has been officially reserved, we’ll shift our focus to preparing for your photoshoot. During this stage, we’ll finalize the details, complete any remaining preparations, capture your session, and carefully edit your images before delivering your finished gallery. Every step is designed to make your experience seamless, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

Once your signed documents have been received, your deposit invoice must be paid to officially reserve your session date and time. Once your deposit has been submitted, your booking will be confirmed, and you’ll be all set for your upcoming session.

session day

It’s finally time for your session! Relax, have fun, and enjoy the experience while I guide you every step of the way. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where genuine moments can naturally unfold.

gallery delivery

After your session, each image is carefully hand-edited to reflect the Luna Photography style. Your completed online gallery is typically delivered within 7 days, where you can download your images, share your gallery, and order professional prints.
