01. How do we book you for SESSIONS?
Booking with Luna Photography is quick and simple. Start by selecting your session and reserving your date through our booking site. Once your session is booked, we’ll send over your contract, questionnaire, and invoice to complete the booking process.After everything is finalized, your date is officially secured and we can begin planning the details of your session, including location ideas, timing, and the overall vibe you want for your photos.If you have any questions before booking or need help choosing the right session, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help!
02. Do you travel?
Luna Photography offers sessions throughout the surrounding area and loves capturing moments in beautiful locations. Travel within the local area is included, and sessions outside of that range may include a small travel fee depending on the distance. All travel fees and distance details can be found directly on our booking page. Whether you already have a location in mind or would like suggestions, we’re always happy to help find the perfect spot for your session. From beaches and parks to unique hidden gems, we’re open to traveling to create the setting that best fits your vision.
03. How do you handle family photos AT EVENTS AND WEDDINGS?
At Luna Photography, we keep family photos organized, smooth, and stress-free during events and weddings. Before your event, we’ll ask for a list of the family photos you’d like taken and who should be included in each one. This helps us stay efficient and make sure no important combinations are missed. During the event, we’ll call up small groups, large groups, or any specific combinations you’ve requested, depending on how you want your photos structured. We provide light posing guidance to help everyone look their best while keeping the process moving so it doesn’t take away from you enjoying your celebration. Our goal is to follow the vision you’ve shared with us, making sure everyone is positioned well, looks great in the photo, and that you receive all the meaningful family images you wanted captured.
04. Do you offer DISCOUNTS OR REWARDS?
At Luna Photography, we love giving back to the clients who support our business! LP VIP Club members receive early access to exclusive deals, promotions, and first pick of Premium Mini Session dates before they're available to the public. Our referral program gives you even more ways to save! Earn $15 off your next session for every successful referral, a free Mini Session after 6 referrals, or a free Premium Session after 12 referrals. Referrals are stackable, so the more clients you send our way, the more rewards you can earn! Each referral must officially book and pay for their session before your credit is added to your account. Big news! Once Luna Photography reaches 1,000 Instagram followers, we're moving the LP VIP Club to Instagram for easier access to deals, promotions, and updates.
